Podcast #6 is ready for you to download. This podcast focuses on some of the mysteries of LOST that have been covered very little, or not at all in season 2. We took a step back to examine some of these, such as the monster(s), Danielle Rousseau, Claire's baby storyline and the Black Rock, just to name a few.
The file size is pretty big on this one, since it was a long podcast this week. Let us know if you have issues with the filesize, and we can see about optimizing the file more. Here are some relevant links from the podcast this week:
The "fake" Dharma Initiative film
Spike 13's list of unexplained things
TWIZTV.com's "Solitary" transcript
Transcript of Rousseau transmission
List of upcoming show names
Remember to send us YOUR overall theories for our podcast next week. You can record it in audio by calling 206-666-2278 and leave us your overall theory for LOST. It must be less than 5 minutes.

Truly great podcast, and looking forward to the theories podcast next week. Keep up the great work.
Just one thing, I'm not sure where you are getting your future episode titles, but sites like IMDB and tv.com are not always reliable (hell, IMDB had Samuel L. Jackson playing Bernard). Most of these sites can be edited by anyone.
ABC has released the title of episode 8 and it is called "Collision" and it does seem to be Ana Lucia-centric. It also mentions that we will get to learn what Kate did to be one of America's Most Wanted. Here's the link:

LOST - "COLLISION" - WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 23 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) -- Violence erupts when Ana Lucia and her group stumble upon the other castaways.

In this podcast, we layout 5 possible resons one would brand a shark. Maybe the true reason lies in that discussion somewhere.
Enjoy.

New criteria for my dream-girl in the nebulous future:
An answer that reflects why
"Can I call you Helen?"
is so damn funny... Which one of you guys said that? Sorry to geek out on ya (altho by this point, I think it's too late) but that's been making me laugh ever since I heard it Saturday night. I got about halfway through trying to tell my co-workers about it before the bewildered and pitying stares redirected me to talking sports scores and such...
Just a quick thought on format: you might omit the five-to-six minutes at the beginning of each podcast where you list the topics of discussion. I like knowing what's coming up, structurally, but you could always publish a Table of Contents on the wesite? A side note: I don't think the show goes too long whatsoever, but I figured I'd mentioned it.
Wicked lost,
Bryan

Hey Guys,
I love your podcast! It helps me out so much, becuase ussally I dont have enough time to go to all the forums, and check every thing out. I am a huge fan of LOST, I watch every episode, and know during the six week break I am watching season 1 over again on DVD. But now to my question. You guys talked about at the end of Podcast #6, about the "happy guitar music" witch then changes to scary, evil music as the camera pans to Lockes face. I was just wandering if you guys could find the name, and band of that "happy gutiar music" for me. I really liked that song but I just cant find it. If you guys accually find the song name, could you please e-mail it to me, or mention it on your new Podcsast epiosde. Stay Lost.
Thank you,
Dennis Flo

I love the show and I love your podcasts.. I haven't listened to all of them yet but I'd realy like some discussion and your thoughts on what makes this show so popular, so special and so great.. What I really like about it is this old school sci-fi climate to it.. Kinda like in Twilighte Zone and Philp K Dick's books.. The other thing's that you can feel that the creators RESPECT you because they do not make this show too simple and too easy for the viewers.. They respect viewers' inteligence and that, I think, is quite rare in the show business especialy in TV..
