Our podcast for Abandoned is now live and ready to download. In this podcast for our first episode after the 3 week hiatus, we cover overall reactions to the show, user comments, more about Walt and the whispers (including audio clips translating both), more about the Tailenders and their ordeal, did Ana Lucia kill Shannon and a possible 3rd hatch being found by Sayid. Wow... there's a ton of great content.

Nice job on the podcast.
You didn't know who Frank Duckett was; he is the man Sawyer killed.

The "someone else with a gun" picture is a picture of Ana, but she doesn't have anything in her hand (because the gun is her other hand). The hand you see is just close to/on her "twig of the world tree". The thing hanging down is just part of her holster or something. That's at least what I think.

Great podcast guys. Are there links to the audio of the "jungle whispers" you played? Thanks.

Did anyone else hear when the female tail-y gets abducted (I forgot her name) you hear someone off screen murmur to Anna Lucia "your sister?"
Wonder if thats going to have any relevance

Has anyone researched any connection to backgammon? If I remember correctly, it's been the only game referenced in the series. It's also referred to as the oldest game in existence. Walt seemed to be a genius at it and played with Locke quite a bit. Anyone?

Another great Podcast. I have no problem with a long podcast -- I could listen to your babbling for hours! (just kidding about the babbling bit )
I especially like your "special" editions like #6 where you explore some of the other mysteries. Very original & interesting.
I download to a USB memory stick, & listen in my truck with an FM transceiver. Sounds great during my commute.
Thank you from New Hampshire.

In case you guys are still confused: BF Skinner wrote Walden Two. Henry David Thoreau wrote Walden.

Great podcast as always. I feel like there should have been more discussion about the pipe that Sayid tripped over, and the figure crouching in the bushes immedately to the left of that.
I get the feeling that Locke has been hanging around during a lot of these crucial events, though he may not be seen.

I knew it was BF Skinner who wrote Walden two!! I brought it up in the p[odcast and John shot it down (DAMN YOU JOHN!!!)It's been a long time since Psych 101.
And we try not to slow down our pace by looking stuff up while we're recording. It keeps things a bit more streamlined if we're focused on the outline and not looking things up online as we go.
Oh well.
Wonderyak,
We decided to keep it light on the pipe that Sayid tripped over cause besides the fact that you could see it, there wasn't a whole heck of a lot to say. And we were trying to tighten up the length of the cast so it got the axe sort of.
And I don't know why we didn't get into the "mysterious figure" I saw that image, but I wasn't so convinced it was of note so I kind of blew it off. I shouldn't have though. Can't really speak for why the other guys didn't incorporate it into their spiel.

You guys have probably seen this already, but there was this episode of the podcast where you talked about what year the series is supposed to be in. Well, I'm currently watching the sesong 1 over again, and I'm at the episode where Shannon tries to tanslate some of the things the french lady has written down. In the end of the episode, Shannon tells Said (sp?) that the kid of "some guy" kept watching a movie again and again and again. She says that it was "one of those computer ones". Then she sings the end song in french. I could recordnice the rythm, and it turns out the song was "somewhere beyond the sea". The end song in the movie "Finding Nemo".
That's at least what I think.
