Quick thought: anyone think that Ben is telepathically communicating with the Others?
Maybe that they can call telepathically communicate with each other?
That's why Ben basically volunteered to get captured twice? (Once in S2 as Henry Gale and at the end of S3).
I happen to think that the "whispers" are actually thoughts, and if you read the transcripts, many of the comments very much seem like intra-Others communications.

I just wanted to say that I was largely disappointed by this episode – though I totally accepted this was probably a lot to do with last weeks' classic.
However, after listening to the guys podcast it got me thinking about so many things. This is one of the best podcasts that I can remember for some time and really a return to form. I nearly always enjoy the show, but you were getting close to Lockdown-quality here.
Thanks guys,
Scott

Listening to your podcast now. You mentioned how Juliet could learn to fight and how it's not explained. Do you think it could be the same way Desmond learned pennys number?

RE: Juliet becoming a ninja
I have a feeling that Juliet came to the dark side when Ben showed her Goodwin's corpse. She became hardened, possibly started training with one of the more military Others (Sawyer said that one at the rock pile was trained in fighting). It does not take much training to learn how to displace the momentum of an assailant or to disarm somebody. Could be learned in a weekend or two.

OMG...Tasha would cop it sooo hard from me.She would be biting her bottom lip in ecstasy while we are both covered in sweat from an hour long session of pounding each other.I would love it.Even having something soothing playing in the back ground like the Tasha dance remix!

that tasha remix proves how shitty she is on the podcast.. no? I will make a mix: the 'tasha shuffle'. it will be an audio-blast of every single time tasha has giggled her way through a podcast!!! thats rite folks, NO REPEATS!!! each giggle will be UNIQUE.. and in the range of 100,000 to 148,1516,2342!!!

@ ant and dec,
I have learned that vulgarity for it's own sake is pathetic. Maybe I should blame it on the box of wine in my frig. My mom says I need to get out more and meet real people. My world currently revolves around TV and internet porn. Maybe my mom is right.
So, ant and dec, take it from me, take a break from the forums and throw the wine box away.
Yours Truly,
nort

Happy Lost Day!

a) You don't become a ninja in 60 days.
b) Tasha...post a picture and get it over with.
c) Has anyone confirmed if Harper was in the earlier episodes before "the other woman."
d) I think Sun knows Jin had some involvement in Korean Kojak's death.

The main reason I was going to post...
I'm watching "The Other Woman" redux... wondering if Ben is the reason that women who get pregnant on the island can't give birth on the island. Sort of like since it happened to him and his mother, that's how the island reacted to him.
Still don't get what's up with Jack's past. Seems to be a strong relation to Jack, Claire, Christian, and Sarah. Finally, amazing how Jack has completely forgotten about Juliet in the flash forwards.

@ Radzinsky
Good thought about telepathy. And with time being not normal, perhaps its the people that died communicating with the Others. Ben seems to be able to move around more than we think he can.
Ever think that the Others can move around without being seen? kinda like telepathic traveling around..

My wife pointed me to a thread on ABC's forums with a theory I hadn't heard about a book I hadn't read...but I found it quite interesting. Any thoughts from our LostCast-ies?
