Only a minute in it...Unlucky Rob ;)

Those dance remixes are a waste of time - just get to the good stuff!

Phil

I havent even listented yet and I can already say stop with the damn dance remixes. They arent adding anything to the podcast and are just taking up time. I just hope they arent as bad as the Tasha one last week, that was terrible!

Tasha

Note to self:

Stay away from the podcast, i add nothing to it,

ManOfScienceFJC

first 11 minutes = skipped over.

Haven't had time to listen to the podcast yet, so apologies if this was covered. Anyone know what the significance of the 3 dates on Jin's gravestone? I get the date of birth and 'death' on the right, but what is the date on the left - March 20th 1980?

ManOfScienceFJC

Oh god, got to the end--great show as usual, thanks guys and Tasha--BUT PLEASE NO DANCE MIXES. Sry for the people who took the time to make them but they aren't why I listen and they detract from the overall length of the actual discussion I think.

Ughh!!! Two weeks of dance mixes. Enough already guys. Please just stick to the LOST coverage. I've enjoyed your podcast for a long time, but lately it's been getting weak. It's a shame, cause Lost has been great this season.

Arbucklefatty

The other date on the tombstone is Sun's Birthdate. It is a standard married person tombstone that is bought pre-death with the birthdates of both husband and wife engraved. After they die the dates of death are then added.

I did listen to it, and these remixes are just an annoyance I have to skip over after I figure out how much of that nonsense goes on.

Also, I will add my voice to those that say Tasha doesn't contribute enough to warrant the time she takes up and the distraction she causes. She's a turn-off factor for this podcast (I won't say she contributes nothing though, as others have suggested)

Having said that thanks for the time and effort spent on entertaining and informing us since the podcast started, and being the best alternative to The Transmission after it stopped. I'm just not sure I'll still be a listener in a week.

pearson

The transmission podcast is back dude,
i know it was and still is my favorite lost podcast,

they started podcasting again for season 4

Snow

Please remove Tasha from the show. Thanks.

Snow

I thought I would qualify my request for removing Tasha from the show.

I am all for a woman's presence on the show (I am a woman myself). However, you have chosen Farrah Fawcett when the Lost crowd that is listening to your podcast is looking for Sandra Day O'Connor. What I mean to say is that the laugh is beyond annoying and I echo the thoughts that Tasha really adds nothing to the podcast.

Thanks.

Snow

O.K. Tasha. One more thing. If you are receiving comments, such as my own, that perhaps your presence on the podcast is not as compelling as it could be. I would ask yourself:

Am I coming prepared to the podcast or am I just showing up?

Do I have thoughtful comments to bring to the podcast?

Do I have a topic that I am particularly interested in that I can speak intelligently on?

Have I researched components of the show to bring to the podcast? (Same preparedness issue.)

You may be able to avoid the "Tasha isn't useful" comments by coming to the podcast prepared and armed with intelligent comments, thoughts and theories.

Cameron

I would like to say, yet again, that this is a fantastic podcast.

Tasha is great, the remixes are a great little bonus; it is always good to hear something a bit different added in. I see that lots of people have differing views and all, which is fine, but as a long time listener, I am completely happy with the podcasts and grateful for each new instalment.

I suspect that people who like the podcast just download it and listen. So the gripes on the board aren't likely to be a representative view of listener opinions.

On a more personal note, I hope that John, Matt, Robert and Tasha know that there is a lot of support and appreciation out there for the hard work that they put in. The weekly LOST 'cycle' would not be the same if it were just the episodes and no podcast. Thanks again for your great work.

I have one comment re the last episode and the Oceanic 6: if Ben were in control of Oceanic (which seems to be a reasonable conclusion) surely he could get his name onto the copy of the manifest that is in the company's computer systems? I think the story that they will agree/be forced to tell the real world will be that Ben was a passenger as well. I think that he is one of the Oceanic 6, not Aaron, who would not be counted, since he was not born at the time the flight left Australia.

Issac

Guys, I started listening to your podcasts from episode 2 of season 4 and I found it to be very interesting... until last week.
PLEASE stop with the dance mixes, these are really lame and geeky and are not the reason why the listeners are tuning in for.
As for Tasha, it's nothing personal, but you have a distinctive voice that is not suitable for radio.

Thanks, and keep up the good work !

Nick

Where is the forum that they mention on the podcast? I don't see a link to them on the site.

Nick

I want to read the thread about the time line of the Flashforwards going in reverse as the Island/Freighter timeline goes forward. Reminds me on Memento (The black and white segments go forward as the color segments are in reverse)
