Favorite podcast quote: "As bad as the wig guy is at getting wigs, that's how good the fight choreographers are." LOL

Hey guys
Does anybody think the last scene of the series will be Locke and Jack sitting on the beach like Jacob and MIB

anyone else hearing all the noise in the background that starts around ~30mins in?

Your mention of balancing the equation reminded me of the scene with Locke/Smokey and Sawyer in the cave - in which there is a balanced scale with a black and a white stone - Locke throws the white stone into the sea and tips the scale in favor of the black stone. A nice metaphor for what is taking place I think.

Hello Paddy-
I am hoping it is Sawyer and Jack sitting on the beach with Sawyer saying how much he hates Jack.

wow... someone turns on a vacuum or something halfway through... remainder of podcast unlistenable....

Paddy/Chris in Oly,
I agree that a re-do of the Jacob and Man-in-Black secene with different characters (Jack:Locke, Jack:Sawyer, Jack:Ben etc) would be a good ending I suspect because some people have predicted it it's not what happens. When was the last time anyone predicted what happens in this show ?
Didn't Darlton say that the ending would not be obviously open ended preventing a LOST:The sequel ?
And yes sound on the podcast does go after about 30 mins or so

I just read that single spells of the Book of the Dead are already known from the late Middle Kingdom. Many spells on the coffins of Sesenebnef or queen Mentuhotep are identical to later chapters of the Book of the Dead. During the New Kingdom the Book of the Dead was not organized or standardized in a set order.
