Look who got her voice back = worst line of dialogue in the history of the show

@ Malcolm: i agree...poor writing there. I also did not like "Un"Locke's "Here we go" after the confrontation with Zoe.
Some people have complained that this was a "filler" episode. I think these are just malcontents who are only happy when they are unhappy. This episode had good story movement, character development, some answers to mysteries, and explosions! What else do they want?!
Story movement: The FS timeline is coming to a head. The characters seem to be converging at the hospital and recognition continues to take place. The veil between the timelines is becoming thinner. On-island, the tension between Widmore and "Un"Locke is building and the actions of Sawyer and his group will probably have significant consequences.
Character development: The Claire arc seems to be coming full circle. She will most likely break loose from "Un"Locke's hold just in time for the series finale. Likewise, Sayid appears to be shaking off whatever spell has been cast over him (if he did not kill Desmond and mustered the balls to lie to the smoke monster?!). Jack's arc is also building momentum. He clearly is becoming a man of faith. Though, I wouldn't say he is on "Un"Locke's side; he has been heavily impacted by his Lighthouse experience and is more likely on the side of the island.
Answer to mystery: We have "Un"Locke explicitly tell Jack that it was actually him when Jack saw Christian and followed him to find water. Some fans have taken this to mean that "every time" we see Christian that it is the smoke monster (including on the freighter with Michael, and in the hospital with Jack) but "Un"Locke only answered Jack regarding that one specific incident. It might be assuming too much, too soon to make the leap to connect all Christian appearances to the smoke monster.
Explosions! I have a feeling that this is just the beginning of the battle. From watching that final scene, I assume that many of the red-shirt people from "Un"Locke's group were eliminated. If that is the case, we may be down to 20-25 people left on the two islands. It's show-down time!

Wasn't the best episode this season by far, but a good set-up for the coming weeks.
Interesting to see Sun recognise Locke when she was being rushed into hospital.

Yeah I noticed that too (Locke being recognized), Desmond truly knows the deal when it comes to the AU.
